Alfons Costafreda was born in Tàrrega1926, was a poet and a spanish translator. In 1943 he published his first poem, Selva de Vida. He committed suicide in Switzerland in 1974.

Celebrations
Castanyada:
The students of 4th ESO prepares the day's activities, karaoke, passage of the horror make-up salon, competition games, DJ, hip hop, etc...
Day of peace:
Some students play and sing a song to the square of Tarrega.
Christmas:
Students make some Christmas cards and sing carols.
St. George's Day:
Students are poems, buy books, roses and make a theater.
